Facilitate smart business practices

I have never worked with a company as responsive as Auzmor Learn. All of my questions have been answered by the support team. They helped us with everything from structuring the LMS to making teams in the system; we had a very smooth and great roll-out. We have had the Minnesota Department of Health come in a few times and we were able to pull up all the training records they needed with a few simple clicks. They complimented us several times by saying we are the most organized training department they have ever seen; all thanks to Auzmor.

Auzmor Learn’s customer service team is highly-responsive. For example, when I needed to create a group of “all employees” to deliver training to my staff in one click, the Auzmor team jumped in and created it for me right away. Most companies may tell you how to do something but they aren’t willing to go in and do it for you. With Auzmor, the team is always ready to assist and helps take some of the workload off of you. We don’t see this level of responsiveness with other vendors.

Implementing Auzmor Learn was a seamless experience for us; we had a great rollout. The Auzmor Team has been there for us every step of the way. They are also fairly quick to respond to tickets or feature requests. What I love the most about Auzmor is that it is super easy to use and comes with all the bells and whistles. I remember when we first implemented it, I was able to author courses without any formal instructions. Auzmor has helped us train our coaches a lot faster and more efficiently.

The reporting is incredible and I think Auzmor Learn has all the features that an LMS should have. The SSO was really helpful for us and the system is really easy and has a great UI. They do a great job of listening to client needs and continuously developing their product to make their client experience better. Their approach to support is great.

Prior to Auzmor Learn training was all over the place. We didn’t really do a good job of tracking everything. We wanted to build a better process and save time for managers when it comes to train employees within their departments. Auzmor Learn has helped us save tons of time with training and has helped us figure out employee gaps and where we can improve as a team. I would recommend anyone considering them that you are in the right hands!

I went through a number of LMS demonstrations before landing on Auzmor. I found their platform intuitive for the user which is what I was looking for. I also found value in their partnership with OpenSesame. Not only did we find a great LMS platform and delivery system but had access to a content library. Their customer service is outstanding.
