Sexual Harassment at the Workplace

In 2017, a poll by ABC News-Washington Post found that 33 million U.S. women have been sexually harassed at the workplace. Sexual harassment could actually cost companies millions of dollars, yet this behavior keeps happening at workplace until now.

So what should employers do to comply with the new laws before the deadlines? How do we deal with workplace harassment? What’s the psychology behind this issue?
