Can I try Auzmor Recruit before I buy it?

Of course! We offer a 14 day trial. At the end of the period, you can either choose to subscribe immediately or to do it at a later point, in which case we will keep all your data safe so that you don’t lose anything when you subscribe

What payment methods do you currently support?

Auzmor accepts check, bank transfer (ACH or wire), or credit card in accordance with the “Billing Frequency” stated in the your Order Form.

How do I manage my licenses?

You can do this from your ‘Users’ page. We take into account the number of active users for billing purposes. You can add and remove users at any point.

Do you have a refund policy?

Sure! Please get in touch with your sales executive on the kind of help you need and we will provide you the required information

Yes! At any point during the first X days if you are dissatisfied with our service you can contact your Sales executive and avail a cancellation. We will gladly offer you a full refund of the entire amount.

How does subscription renewal work?

You subscription will be automatically renewed (via your credit card) at the end of your subscription period. You will receive emails prior to the end date notifying you of the upcoming renewal. You can also stop automatic renewals any time from your Billings & Subscription page.

Are there any additional charges apart from the one mentioned here?

Only in rare cases. For example: there could be charges for an additional integration that is not supported in the plan you have opted for. You will be charged only if you opt for the additional feature or integration
